When Can You Cancel Your Order?
We strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible. Orders are generally eligible for cancellation if they have not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first. Cancellation requests during the processing stage will be reviewed based on the timing and current status of the order.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, our team will assist you with available alternatives, such as a return or exchange, where applicable.
